Job Profile:

• Handle all the operating and admin functions of the clinic
• Meet call and do regular follow up with the clients.
• Answer all enquiries regarding all the treatments and other services in absence of Client coordinator. Explain treatment packages to clients.
• Responsible for the daily collection of payments from the clients and maintain the basic daily accounts statements.
• Ensure all billings are done outstanding collected , invoices raised.
• Will be responsible for looking after the clients comfort in the clinic. Meet every client before and after treatment. Manage the client coordinator work on the same.
• Interfacing with existing and new clients
• Responsible for business generation, up sales, plan sales promotions activities along with the marketing team.
• Working in collaboration with support team to address customer complaints.
• Responsible for updating all the CRM activities.
• Analyzing of all customer feedbacks.
• Developing and maintaining all management MIS.
• Responsible for smooth operation of the Clinic. Ensure all the maintenance of all the equipments, periodical servicing of medical equipments, all air-conditioning, plumbing, electrical fittings/fixtures and the like are working in the best condition. Plan monthly quarterly, annual maintenance schedules.
• Ensure all Admin work duty roaster, staff management processes are in place. Staff are punctual on duty. Planning out manpower for holidays and other exigencies. Ensure clinic is open on time and closed properly. Ensure the clinic is safe from all security angles.
• Responsible for complete physical inventory & records of all medical consumables and other printed materials.
• Responsible to coordinate with the outside agencies like housekeeping security for their functioning.
• Involved in Business development locally along with marketing team.
• Responsible for high moral of the team and discipline.
