Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our B2C sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the B2C market. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the B2C sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team.
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to ensure team alignment and skill development.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities.
  • Implement and maintain effective CRM practices and ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications:

  • Master degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven 3 to 4 yrs. of experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in a B2C environment.
  • Relevant experience (solar) min 1 yr.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales principles, strategies, and techniques.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to drive decision-making.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Team Management - Min up to 25 members
