Business Development Executive

Graduate
Preferred - Diploma in Mechanical

2-3 Yrs relevant experience in sales and marketing in Automotive Aftermarket Industry 

Location - Varanasi

 

Key Responsibilities :
1 Go To Market : To follow  PJP and visit customers as per plan ( Retailers, Dealers, Fleet Owners, Transporters, IS, MSRTC.)
2 Sales & Collection Target Achievement : Achieve Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly sales and collection target of all product segments (EGP, EGL, DEF.)
3 Network Expansion : Continuously identify and adding new customers.
4 Nurturing New Customers : Nurturing and developing new customers and help them to grow.
5 Part lines Penetration : Work towards increasing part lines sold at each customer point.
6 MLP : Work towards making Mechanic Loyalty Program  successful. 
7 RLP : Work towards making Retailer Loyalty Program  successful. 
8 Marketing Activities : Conduct effective marketing activities.
9 Competitors Analysis : Competitors activity monitoring and reporting .
10 Market Visit Report :  Maintain  record of daily market visit report  and regular update sent to Branch Managers,  BDM & BH.
11 Communication :  Ensure timely flow of information to customers viz.  policies, schemes, offers, outstanding, target achievements, credit notes, pending issues settlement.
12 Jo Dikhta Hai Vo Bikta Hai : To ensure that genuine  parts,  lubricants, DEF  are displayed  at  the customer counter in a organized  manner during each visit.
13 Customer Relationship : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and  address customer queries, concerns, feedbacks and requests promptly.
14 Tour Bills : Timely submission of tour bills or any other bills related to marketing activities.
15 Usage of Digital Platforms : Learn, understand and make the best use of  all applications and digital platforms provided by the VECV and Beekay.
16 Learning & Development : Continuously work on self development - participate in  I Learn sessions  and  other trainings provided by Beekay & VECV.
