Job Description:

 Develop and execute modern trade strategies to increase market share and
revenue.
 Identify and prioritize modern trade channels, including supermarkets,
hypermarkets, and chain stores.
 Create joint business plans with key accounts to drive mutual growth and
profitability.

Key Account
Management:

 Build and maintain strong relationships with key modern trade accounts.
 Negotiate terms, pricing, and promotions with key account partners.
 Monitor sales performance, track account profitability, and resolve any
issues or concerns.

Promotions and
Merchandising:

 Plan and execute promotions, campaigns, and merchandising activities in
modern trade outlets.
 Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and
POS displays.
 Analyze promotion effectiveness and ROI to optimize future initiatives.

Market Analysis and
Competitor
Intelligence:

 Conduct market research and analysis to understand market trends,
consumer behaviour, and competitor activities.
 Use market insights to identify opportunities and develop competitive
strategies.
 Monitor competitor pricing, promotions, and product offerings to stay ahead
in the market.

Cross-Functional
Collaboration:

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply
chain, and finance, to achieve business objectives.
 Communicate market trends, customer feedback, and business insights to
internal stakeholders.
 Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and execution of
modern trade strategies.

Job knowledge, skills, and experience:

Education  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field

(preferred). (or equivalent work experience)
