JD for Parts Management Executive:

Providing price estimation to Maintenance and Installation Team |
|
PR processing after client approval, tracking and dispatch. |
|
Raising enquiry in Portal to Factory. |
|
Quote approval from Regional Manager and Maintenance Head for processing order in System. |
|
Order Tracking |
|
Solving queries/Update/Clarifications through mails/system messages. |
|
Shipment Clearance confirmation to Factory. |
|
PR processing for Import parts. |
|
Raising enquiry/ordering/tracking for some Installation projects/Capital Tools. |
|
Maintaining Database |
|
MR processing for inventory parts in ERP. |
|
MR raising Service Materials in ERP. |
|
Planning and processing localization parts like- TJ, NBSL model. |
|
Helping to Maintenance Team for identifying the parts. |
|
Tracking Inventory status on every MR process. |
|
Maintaining database. |
|
Monitor Presentation Update on Monthly Basis. |
|
Chart Presentation Update on Monthly Basis & Getting Printed & Fixed. |
|
Indirect Cost Report |
|
Maintenance Weekly Report on every Friday. |
|
Support in TJEI/TELC audits. |
|
Supporting to prepare Parts ordering of FY. |
|
Repair Billing Report |
Location-Andheri kurla road.
