Job Description:
Lead- HR Ops
The role is a strategic partner to the Head HR, and oversees all aspects of People Operations, Insights and HR Technology across the business PAN India. This role will play a critical part in a wide range of initiatives, ultimately benefiting the employee experience, whilst consequently supporting the success and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and improving HRIS for continuous data management
- Managing payroll and compliance for 20K people that will grow to 1L in 3 years time.
- Process employee's monthly payroll and tax clearance matters
- Is responsible for a various reports and dashboards
- Attrition management and reporting for off roll and on roll employees
- Experience of implementation of SAP HR Module from planning to execution
- Budgeting Exercise (Overall HR Budget Planning and management)
- HR Audits
