Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Inside Sales Executive  for a reputed company in Education Industry in Mumbai (Andheri) location.

Job Description:

We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize inbound and outbound telephone calls to achieve sales targets. The tele sales executive’s responsibilities include cross-selling or up-selling our products where possible, receiving incoming telephone calls and assisting with customer inquiries, as well as maintaining an accurate record of all calls made and received.

Reporting to: Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiating sales calls with potential customers over the phone.
  • Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
  • Listening to the customers' needs to generate appointments for field sales staff.
  • Answering customers' questions on the products.
  • Booking appointment for Team Leader and field sales
  • Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.

Age  - 18 - 35

CTC  - Salary +Incentives

Gender - F/M

  • Good sales ability.
