Deputy Sales Manager
Job Description:
Maintaining channel hygiene through one to one coordination with channel partners & sales team, Single point of contact for any kind of partner escalations.
Facilitate the process for new Channel partners creation with all required documentation.
Assigning monthly sales & stretch Target to the partners according to their potential.
Accountable for monitoring monthly & weekly targets Vs Achievement.
Transparency to channel partners & sales team about the programs, offers, claim process and payouts.
Maintaining strict confidentiality related to partner records, ISP’s and other data
Pending sales order review on a daily basis
Coordination with different in-house departments like accounts, billing and sales team to process activity smoothly.
Interaction with Channel Partners to process the Registrations, claims and billing
Dealing with the finance team to process payout of partners and vendors.
Preparation of documents like Performa invoice, PO, Quotations.
Follow up for payment with the team and corporate.
Follow up for stocks and shipments and PSO with an internal team.
