Job Description:
Roles, Responsibilities & Outcomes:
Develop, implement, and ensure the execution of a strategic marketing plan; Achieve specific targets for revenue growth through improved sales and purchasing activities; Ensure optimal sales/ purchase conditions (including Sales and Purchase Order Books) are in place and facilitate the same, with a view toward revenue maximization. Identify and secure new business opportunities in untapped markets to diversify the company's revenue streams; Develop new customers/ vendors and retain existing ones; Successfully develop and implement a framework for sustaining long-term relationships with both clients and suppliers.Plan and oversee day-to-day marketing operations; Monitor market trends and consumer behaviourclosely; Coordinate with cross-functional departments; Develop and implement departmental training programs; Oversee marketing campaigns for branding and positioning in the market. Prepare MIS reports; Prepare and declare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts and ensure sales; accordingly,Evaluate costs for product pricing/ manufacturing decisions.
