Job Description:
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and oversee a team of sales professionals. Set performance goals and provide regular feedback.
  • Sales Performance: Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets for products such as savings accounts, fixed deposits, and recurring deposits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with clients, address their needs and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities and processes comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on team performance, sales metrics, and market trends to senior management.
