Job Description:

Position:          Asst. Manager/Manager - Project (Mechanical) (Bhopal)

Location:         Bhopal

Experience:     10 - 12 Years

Industries:      Pharma

Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution:

  • Lead the planning and execution of mechanical engineering projects related to new pharmaceutical formulations and facility expansions.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
  • Design and Development:
  • Design and optimize mechanical systems and equipment tailored to new project requirements, including pilot plants, production lines, and support systems.
  • Ensure designs meet pharmaceutical industry standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency requirements.
  • Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and innovations into project designs.
  • Installation and Commissioning:
  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet design specifications and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement commissioning plans, conduct performance tests, and address any issues that arise during the installation phase.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
  • Quality and Compliance:
  • Ensure all mechanical systems and project activities comply with regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, installation reports, and compliance records.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize project-related issues.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance and efficiency.

 Required Skills

  • Expertise in MS Office.
  • Good technical knowledge of the product.
  • Asset Management.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
  • Vendor Management.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
