Job Description:
Position: Asst. Manager/Manager - Project (Mechanical) (Bhopal)
Location: Bhopal
Experience: 10 - 12 Years

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:
- Lead the planning and execution of mechanical engineering projects related to new pharmaceutical formulations and facility expansions.
- Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.
- Design and Development:
- Design and optimize mechanical systems and equipment tailored to new project requirements, including pilot plants, production lines, and support systems.
- Ensure designs meet pharmaceutical industry standards, safety regulations, and operational efficiency requirements.
- Collaborate with the R&D team to integrate new technologies and innovations into project designs.
- Installation and Commissioning:
- Oversee the installation and commissioning of new mechanical systems and equipment, ensuring they meet design specifications and operational standards.
- Develop and implement commissioning plans, conduct performance tests, and address any issues that arise during the installation phase.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, contractors, and regulatory professionals, to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination among project teams and stakeholders.
- Quality and Compliance:
- Ensure all mechanical systems and project activities comply with regulatory requirements, including cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and other industry standards.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, installation reports, and compliance records.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize project-related issues.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Evaluate project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance future project performance and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Expertise in MS Office.
- Good technical knowledge of the product.
- Asset Management.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Vendor Management.
Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech - Mechanical
