Job Description:
- End-to-end recruitment
- Maintain employee database, personal records & letters
- Preparing and Processing of Employee Monthly payroll.
- To handle Monthly Payroll Run, Off- Cycle Payroll Run & Payments.
- Statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity & Labour Welfare fund as per the labour directives and laws.
- Exit formalities and F & F Settlement.
- Generate monthly/annual compliance report related to salaries.
- Maintain HR Audit checklist and documents.
