Job Description:
  1. End-to-end recruitment
  2. Maintain employee database, personal records & letters
  3. Preparing and Processing of Employee Monthly payroll.
  4. To handle Monthly Payroll Run, Off- Cycle Payroll Run & Payments.
  5. Statutory compliance related to PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, Gratuity & Labour Welfare fund as per the labour directives and laws.
  6. Exit formalities and F & F Settlement.
  7. Generate monthly/annual compliance report related to salaries.
  8. Maintain HR Audit checklist and documents.
