Job Description:

Position:          Asst. Manager - Packing 

Location:         Bhopal

Experience:      8 - 10 Years

Industries:       Pharma

Responsibilities:

  • Operational Management:

  1. Oversee packing operations, ensuring efficient and compliant production.
  2. Manage packing schedules, production planning, and resource allocation.
  3. Monitor and optimize packing line performance, productivity, and quality.
  • Quality Assurance:
  1. Ensure compliance with GMP, regulatory requirements, and company standards.
  2. Implement quality control measures, inspections, and audits.
  3. Investigate and address quality issues, deviations, and complaints.
  • Team Management:
  1. Supervise, train, and develop packing team members.
  2. Foster a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement.
  3. Manage performance, attendance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Process Improvement:
  1. Identify and implement process improvements, efficiency enhancements, and cost reductions.
  2. Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and training programs.
  3. Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Material Management:
  1. Manage packing materials, inventory, and supplies.
  2. Ensure timely and cost-effective procurement, storage, and distribution.
  3. Optimize material usage, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
  • Equipment Maintenance:
  1. Oversee maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of packing equipment.
  2. Ensure equipment reliability, performance, and compliance.
  3. Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and contractors.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs:
  1. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
  2. Manage audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
  3. Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, and other departments.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  1. Communicate effectively with production, quality, and other departments.
  2. Foster collaboration, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  3. Represent the packing department in meetings and discussions.
  • Budgeting and Cost Control:
  1. Manage departmental budgets, optimize resource utilization, and reduce costs.
  2. Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Safety and Environmental Management:
  1. Ensure a safe working environment and compliance with environmental regulations.
  2. Implement safety protocols, procedures, and training programs.
  3. Manage environmental impact and sustainability initiatives.

Required Skills:

Required Qualification: - Any Graduation

Salary:- Upto 12.00 LPA
