• Work Timings – 9:30 – 6 :30 PM
• Working Days – Monday-Saturday;6 days working Second Saturdays off
• Work Location – 204, 2nd Floor, ARK Industrial Estate, Makwana Rd, Gamdevi, Marol, Andheri East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400059

JOB DESCRIPTION 

The Finance Controller oversees financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and financial management. This role involves managing financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and internal controls. The Finance Controller also collaborates with senior management to provide financial insights and drive strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• 1. Accounts

  I  ) To oversee accounting Activities

  Ii ) Preparation & review of Monthly Financials

  Iii ) Periodical MIS & corrective Actions

  Iv ) Skill Development of sub ordinate staff by organising workshop deputing staff on seminars , Creating Lybrary and Encouraging team to read books / Notifications / Circulars /Amendments

  V ) Co-ordinating with statutary & internal auditors & take Action based on audit Observatiopn / Reports

  Vi ) Fixed Asset Control

  Vii )Ensuring Proper Storage of records including back up of computer data

  2. Finance

  I ) Financial Planning & Analysis

  Ii ) Cash flow

  Iii ) Budgeting & Forecasting

  Iv ) Banking Including credit facilities ( Renewals & Enhancement )

  V ) Review of receivables & take remedial actions for recovery

  Vi ) Risk Management

   3) Statutory Compliance
  

  I ) Income tax / TDS

  Ii ) GST

  Iii ) P. tax

  Iv ) Labour Laws

  V ) Factory Act

  VI ) Insurance   
  
  4)Commercial

• I ) Check on Tender (Flexibility )

• Ii ) Legal & commercial agreement (to co-ordinate with Legal Advisor)

  Iii ) To Coordinate with legal advisor on legal cases
  iv ) Setting up of new factories

  1. Costing

  I ) Cost Analysis/ Cost Savings
  ii ) ( Part of finance Vertical ) Developing & implementing internal controls to prevent fraud
  iii ) To manage spending projects

Qualifications:

• Qualification required is CA or CA Intern
• Proven experience as a Finance Controller or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
