Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for end to end employee cycle at the regional level including Hiring, Retention, Compensation, Benefits, and Training & Development.
- Partner with Functional head to develop and implement effective HR policies and practices that will support the strategic growth of a business.
- Provide timely information for all levels of a company on HR issues.
- Planning and execution of Employee Engagement activities at the regional level
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Provide data on various types of employee reports such as compensation, job levels, and attrition to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions at the regional level.
- Partner with Training & Development to work on value-added programs in areas of training, development, career mobility, and job performance.
- Responsible for all kinds of Grievance Redressal not limited to Compensation, Performance feedback, Transfers, etc
Skills Required:
