b. Define organization Structure & hierarchy
c. Design Templates
d. Set up processes
3. HR Operations Management (Employee life cycle management)
a. Manpower planning & budgeting
b. Recruitments
c. Onboarding & Induction
d. Personal File Management
e. Employee engagement
f. Training & Development
g. Confirmation & Probation
h. Employee Recognition & Rewards
i. Performance Appraisal / Management
j. Facilitate Payroll processing
k. Employee Grievance handling
l. Exit & Separation
m. MIS & Reporting
n. Oversee HR / Payroll Compliance
o. Support in HR related litigations
