  • Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for the automotive industry.
  • Establishing sales targets and ensuring they are met or exceeded.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders in the industrial/manufacturing and automotive sectors.
  • Analyzing market trends and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
  • Leading and managing a team of sales professionals to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Organizing and overseeing promotional events in the automotive sector.
  • Managing budgets and financial planning for the sales department.
  • Reporting on sales performance and market trends to senior leadership.
  • Get more and more OEM customers on boarded

The Successful Applicant

  • Has a minimum of 15 years of overall experience in sales and marketing
  • Is open to Aurangabad as a location
  • Should come with experience selling to the automotive OEMs
