We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to drive revenue growth and provide
exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with
clients, promoting our products and services and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
● Sales Growth: Actively prospect, identify, and pursue new sales opportunities to meet and exceed
revenue targets.
● Customer Engagement: Provide outstanding customer service by understanding customer needs,
addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions.
● Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential
clients to foster long-term partnerships.
● Balance collection: Be aggressive enough to collect the entire product value within its given
timeline & have 0% refund record.
● Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities,
and sales pipeline using CRM software.
● Market Research: Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback
to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
● Collaboration: Collaborate with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless
customer experiences.
● Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to improve our products and services
continually.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Proven track record in sales, preferably in the EdTech/SaaS industry.
● Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
● Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
● Results-driven, disciplined and self-motivated.
