Partner with senior leadership to understand business objectives and workforce requirements.
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring processes.
Implement and optimize recruitment processes and tools to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
Utilize data and metrics to track recruitment performance and make data-driven decisions.
Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.
Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice
Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment strategies.
