Job Description: Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Manager to oversee our AdBlue Urea manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production processes, maintaining quality standards, and optimizing resources to achieve production targets. The ideal candidate should have an engineering background. Key Responsibilities: Production Planning and Management: Develop and implement production schedules to meet production targets. Coordinate and oversee daily manufacturing activities to ensure timely and efficient production. Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications. Implement and monitor quality control procedures to maintain product consistency. Resource Optimization: Manage and optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to minimize waste and costs. Ensure proper maintenance of equipment and machinery to prevent production downtime. Team Leadership: Supervise and manage production staff, including training, performance evaluation, and development. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. Implement and monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment. Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and efficiency. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate best practices into production processes.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering). Proven experience as a Production Manager in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the chemical industry. Strong knowledge of production management principles and practices. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in production planning and quality control techniques.
