Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsible for aligning an organizations business objectives with peoples objectives.
  • Take lead for the deployment of HR initiatives.
  • Execute & Ensure Communication on HR solutions and initiatives for specific projects around talent practices and reinforcement of policies and practices.
  • Drive assigned project  around Workforce strategy, performance management, Internal Mobility, leadership engagement, employment engagement and retention strategy.
  • Drive engagement & communication agenda across organization.
  • Run Employee Engagement Survey to capture experience and create dashboards around the same.
  • Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning.
  • Act as a change agent and single point of contact for assigned managers in the business unit.
  • Build a strong business relationship with the line management.
  • Build credibility with stakeholders by providing insight and guidance on HR and people matters.

Ability to understand the Business Strategy.

Prerequisites:

Education: Graduate/Bachelor in any stream with post graduate/ MBA/ PGDM degree in Human Resources Management from good institute. 

Experience: 10+ years of relevant experience as HRBP.
