Job Description:

This role holder will strategize, build operation plans, and execute initiatives in the aftermarket
products industry, focusing on lubricants. They will leverage deep industry knowledge to drive
business growth, optimize operations, and enhance profitability through comprehensive strategies
and critical analysis.

Responsibilities to include:


Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts in the assigned region to drive
sales growth and customer loyalty.
2. Create and implement tailored account plans for each key customer, aligning with their business
objectives and your company's goals.
3. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business
opportunities within existing accounts.
4. Negotiate complex, high-value contracts and service level agreements with key accounts.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to key accounts.
6. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account, including sales volumes,
profitability, and customer satisfaction metrics.
7. Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction, address concerns, and identify areas for improvement or expansion.

8. Lead the resolution of complex customer issues, acting as the primary point of escalation for keyaccounts.
9. Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to internal stakeholders to inform product
development and business strategy.
