Job Description:
Hi , We are looking for Sr Executive HR for the above mentioned entity.
Candidates should have experience in Recruitment, Statutory compliances, payroll management having 3-5 yrs experience . Only Male candidates.
Good in Excel, MS Word and Power point
Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, referrals).
- Coordinate interviews and facilitate the hiring process.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and ensure smooth onboarding.

Employee Relations:
- Address employee queries and concerns regarding HR matters.
- Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts.
- Support initiatives to foster a positive work environment.

Performance Management:
- Assist in performance appraisal processes.
- Track employee performance data and provide reports as needed.
- Support managers in setting goals and objectives.

HR Administration:
- Maintain employee records (both physical and digital files).
- Handle HR-related documentation and paperwork.
- Assist in payroll processing and benefits administration.

Compliance and Policies:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in updating and implementing HR policies and procedures.
