MECHANICAL FOREMAN (SMS) - RAIPUR
Job Description:
- Scheduling repairs and ordering materials to ensure that all equipment is functioning properly
- Inspecting work sites to ensure safety standards are being met
- Training and supervising workers to ensure that they are performing their jobs correctly
- Reporting problems or potential problems to supervisors so they can be addressed before they become major issues
- Training new employees in proper safety procedures and techniques for using equipment and machinery used on the job site
- Coordinating with engineers, architects, and other construction managers to ensure the work site meets safety requirements and is compliant with building codes
- Ensuring that workers are using standard operating procedures and adhering to safety regulations
- Overseeing the installation of machinery, equipment, and other items used in manufacturing processes
- Assigning work tasks to laborers, such as welders, carpenters, masons, painters, and other tradesmen
