Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales and Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential customers for pipe and coil products.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer needs.
  2. Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
    • Address customer inquiries, provide product information, and resolve any issues.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and support.
  3. Sales Operations:

    • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Product Knowledge and Training:

    • Stay updated with product specifications, pricing, and market trends.
    • Provide product training and support to customers as needed.
    • Work closely with the technical team to understand product applications and features.
  5. Reporting and Analysis:

    • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
    • Monitor competitor activities and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the pipe and coil industry or related sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of the pipe and coil market, products, and applications.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet clients and attend industry events.

Work Environment:

  • Office-based with frequent travel to customer sites and industry events.
  • Interaction with a diverse range of customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
