Job Description:

Key Accountabilities:

 Learning & Development

  • Manage End to End L&D across various streams such as Performance Management, Leadership Development, Digital Learning, Talent Development etc.
  • Identify learning needs and design comprehensive training and development programs.
  • Design & Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning initiatives to enhance employee skills.
  • Design & develop engaging and interactive learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, workshops, and blended learning solutions for various talent personas.
  • Track the L&D budget expenditure and negotiate contracts with third-party L&D service providers.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make improvements as necessary.
  • Manage L&D metrics such as Quality of Training, Training Effectiveness, Cost of Training and Speed of response of training interventions.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership team to understand skill requirement to enable continued client and employee growth for the organization.
  • Drive Digital Learning strategy and help the team adopt to offering new age learning solutions, courses curation using latest authoring tools and techniques.

Talent Management

  • Design and implement talent development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities in shared services roles.
  • Collaborate with functional leaders to identify critical / high potential roles and create succession plans.
  • Collaborate with managers to set performance goals, provide feedback, and identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to managers on effective performance management practices.
  • Govern career progression at all levels and collaborate with the talent acquisition team for future hiring projections
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team for future hiring projections.

Prerequisites:

Education:

  • Tech./B.E. Bachelor in any stream with post graduate/ MBA/ PGDM degree in Human Resources Management.

Experience:

  • 12+ years of core L&D and Talent Management experience
  • Good orientation and hands on experience in contemporary learning technologies
