Senior Bookkeeper
Job Description:
Roles and Responsibilities:
Prepare financial statements and reports
Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
Prepare JE to adjust the balances
Prepare cash basis and accrual basis books
Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
Perform account reconciliations
Ensure compliance with GAAP and other accounting standards
Collaborate with the finance team on various projects
Communicate with US counterpart on the complex nature of transaction and resolve the
issue on hand without assistance from any team members.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
Software Experience-QuickBooks, Sage, Quicken, Canopytax, Dropbox
Strong understanding of financial concepts and reporting
Knowledge of US relevant expenses and income sources
Familiarity with rules of accruals and cash basis
Ability to prepare financial statements accurately
Ability to handle the team
Strong email writing and English communication (spoken and written)
Have basic knowledge on how to use the IT equipment’s and set up workflow process.
