Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day accounting activities, including accounts payable, accounts
receivable, and payroll processing for Australian clients.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in the preparation of financial statements in
accordance with Australian accounting standards.
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions, ensuring they are in compliance with
tax laws and regulations.
• Process monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients and assist with
budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee the preparation of BAS (Business Activity Statements) and other tax-related
documentation for submission to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO).
• Ensure accurate and timely reporting of client transactions and resolve any
discrepancies.
• Monitor and manage the accounts of multiple clients simultaneously.
• Liaise with clients to understand their business needs and provide advisory support
on accounting matters.
• Collaborate with the internal team to identify process improvements and streamline
workflows.

• Assist with year-end closing and audit preparation for clients.


 Have basic knowledge on how to use the IT equipment’s and set up workflow process.
