Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

1) Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets. Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls
2) Deliver sales numbers as per business plan in terms of closing - ensure completion of sales targets on a consistent basis through the year
3) Attending walk-ins and Closing deals along with proper follow-ups.
4) Managing and converting walk-ins to closures; collections of Overall Payment from customers & follow up for loan Disbursement.
5) Designing monthly and quarterly Sales plan for the respective site on a regular basis.
6) Developing Sales strategies and visualizing the sales targets till the accomplishment
7) Responsible for attending site visits of leads given by the team members and making sure of closing them.
8) Maintaining proper reporting of daily activity to map performance 9) Maintaining & reporting proper database records of all the Enquiries received & site visit done
10) Post Sales Follow Up with existing customers for boosting relationships.
11) Other Responsibilities, which may be given by Sales head / Management for boosting of sales and Leasing.
12) Responsible for achieving Monthly sales targets and collection targets.
13) Reporting shall be in the specific format and shall be as designed and told by team leaders or by the company.


Candidate profile:

Graduate/ Post Graduate/ excellent verbal and communication skills Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal are crucial for interacting effectively with customers and colleagues, Should have worked in Closing for minimum 3-5 years or more Should be passionate about sales and earning incentives.
