We are seeking a highly skilled Swiss Type Machining Programmer with extensive experience in G-code programming, quality control, and blueprint reading. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of working with Star CNC machines and titanium materials. Additional experience with SolidWorks, SolidCAM, and dental implants will be considered a significant advantage.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Develop and optimize CNC programs for Swiss Type machines, ensuring precision and efficiency in production.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure adherence to technical specifications and standards.
- Interpret and work from technical drawings, blueprints, and engineering designs.
- Operate and maintain Star CNC machines, with a particular focus on working with titanium and other high-performance materials.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of production goals.
- Manage and oversee the production floor, ensuring compliance with safety standards and best practices.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise during production.
- Maintain and update programming documentation and operational procedures.
- Continuously improve processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize machine performance.
- *If applicable, apply knowledge of dental implant manufacturing processes to ensure the highest standards of precision and quality are met.*

*Qualifications:*

- Extensive experience in G-code programming for Swiss Type CNC machines.
- Proficient in quality control practices and standards.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Proven experience working with Star CNC machines.
- Expertise in machining titanium and other high-performance materials.
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks and SolidCAM is highly desirable.
- *Experience in the dental implant industry is a major plus.*
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a production team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

*Education & Experience:*

- A degree or certification in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field is preferred.
