Position - Assistant Manager / Manager - Direct Tax and Transfer Pricing
Qualification - CA
Experience - 2 to 5 Years
Location – Hinjawadi, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities
- Preparation / Review of Tax Returns (Individual / Firms / Companies)
- Review documents related to Foreign Remittances from Income Tax / DTAA perspective
- Related Party Transactions compliances (Domestic and International Transactions) under Companies Act / Income Tax Act
- Global Tax Compliances
- Implementation of changes in the tax law to ensure proper compliances
- Transfer Pricing
Desired Candidate Profile
CA Candidates with experience in Direct Taxation OR Transfer Pricing.
