Production Supervisor
Job Description:
Location:- Pimpari Chinchwad Plant (PUNE)
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. 8-10 years of production Executive
2. He will be responsible for production planning, scheduling & control manufacturing.
3. Candidate should have good knowledge & working experience of Electrical & Automation Panel Components Marking, Assembly and Fabrication
process (Like Panel Baying & Different types of Welding etc)
4. Should be able to implement good manufacturing practice and observing that it is being adhered to.
5. Identify ways to reduce production costs
6. Able to understand new product designs & work on production accordingly.
7. Ability to do end to end planning of production activity,
8. Co-ordinate all the Panel activities related to it material shortlist with Purchase Team before taking Panel on shop floor
9. Ensuring Safety of people working on Panel activities and Adherence to follow safety norms.
9. Co-ordinate all the Panel activities with respect to delivery with Production In charge.
10. Handle all electronic technical issues.
11. Handle all site-related queries.
12. To set the production system & process to meet delivery Time line
13. Relevant experience in manufacturing production will be an added advantage
Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills :
Skills -
1. Preparation of Production Bill of material extracting from Electrical Control Schematic drawings.
2. Knowledge of PLC Components, Electrical Switchgear, and Fabrication process (Baying and Assembly).
3. Knowledge on Panel wiring Harnesses.
4. Production planning & execution.
Qualification:-
BTECH/Diploma Engineering in Electrical & Electronics or Electronics and Telecommunication or Electrical Engineering
