Exp in Training and development activities, Joining & Exit formalities and Full & final settlement for employee.
Exp in statutory compliance like ESI, PF, PT, MLWF, Gratuity, etc..
Exp in Performance management / appraisal, Disciplinary actions.
Should be aware about SAP System.
Responsible for handling whole HR Generalist activities from manufacturing company
