Job Description:

We are looking for a Executive - Domestic Sales (Crown Cap) who will be responsible for generating and enhancing our business in the Indian market. You will ensure that Nipra’s products are made available in the domestic markets by analyzing the trends of the clients and developing sales plans and strategies to meet their needs. You will build and maintain relationships with key decision makers.

  1. Strategic Sales Activities
  • Position us as the 1st choice vendor for our clients
  • Develop a strategy/ business plan to drive revenue & profitability in the domestic markets
  • Identify sales opportunities, generating leads, and targeting potential clients
  • Sets sales promotion activities and monitors & modifies marketing campaigns
  • Implement annual sales targets
  • Devise new strategies and techniques for achieving the sales targets
  • Study existing and potential needs of clients
  • Build healthy and profitable long term relationships with clients

 

  1. Sales Conversion
  • Visit clients to discuss product/services and how it will meet their requirements
  • Negotiate and close deals
  • Generate repeat-business from clients

 

  1. Sales Data Management
  • Monitor market and competitor activities and provide feedback to other teams
  • Provide timely and detailed sales reports & sales forecasting data to management
  • Collate information and  data related to client and prospect interactions

 

 

 

 

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Any bachelor’s degree with 5 years of sales experience
  • B2B sales experience with beer Industry
  • Experience in sales of packaging products with Beer Industry (glass bottles, labels, carton boxes, etc) is mandatory.
  • Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work under tight deadlines
  • Highly customer centric and with a proven ability to gauge present & future needs of clients
  • Friendly and engaging personality
  • Resourceful, energetic and driven
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

 

Employment Type: Full Time
