Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- - Develop and implement strategic sales plans
- - Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- - Provide regular sales reports to Management
- - Attend industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the Company’s products
- - Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance the Company’s market presence
- - Develop young talent (mentorship)
Key Requirements:
- Strong understanding of downstream steel
- - Good communication skills
- - Proven ability to drive sales process from plan to close
- - String business acumen and negotiation skills
- - MS Office suite
- - Multiple languages are a bonus!
Other details:
- Area- PAN India
- Job location- Mumbai
- Work Timings – 11 AM to 6 PM
- Working Days – Monday to Sat
- Reporting to GM- Sales
