• Work Timings – 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Working Days – 6 days a week (One weekly off)
• Work Location – New Friends Colony
• Salary– Based on current package and caliber
• Qualification – Minimum Graduate
• Other Benefits– Medical and PF facility upon confirmation.
• Experience –Minimum 1 year 

Job Description:

• Interact with customers via calls and WhatsApp to ensure a delightful experience.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Be polite, sweet-spoken, and courteous in all customer interactions.
• Maintain a strong attention to detail and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Possess a basic sense of color coordination to suggest suitable flower arrangements when necessary.
• Fulfill customer orders efficiently and accurately.
• Aim to build and maintain a happy and satisfied customer base.
• Contribute to a positive and professional customer service environment.
