Job Title: HR Manager
Location: Mulund West, Mumbai
Experience Required: 3+ Years in HR Generalist Role with Team Handling Experience

Key Responsibilities:
- 
HR Strategy & Planning: - Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Partner with leadership to support and drive business goals.
 
- 
Employee Relations: - Manage employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
 
- 
Talent Acquisition: - Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
 
- 
Performance Management: - Design and implement performance management systems.
- Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
 
- 
Training & Development: - Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
 
- 
Compliance & Legal: - Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
 
- 
Compensation & Benefits: - Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
- Ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain talent.

Team Management: - Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.
 
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with experience in handling a team.
- In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
