Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Mulund West, Mumbai

Experience Required: 3+ Years in HR Generalist Role with Team Handling Experience

Job Type: Full-Time

 

 Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR Strategy & Planning:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
    • Partner with leadership to support and drive business goals.
  2. Employee Relations:

    • Manage employee relations issues, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal requirements.
    • Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance and support.
  3. Talent Acquisition:

    • Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
    • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and ensure timely fulfillment.
  4. Performance Management:

    • Design and implement performance management systems.
    • Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
  5. Training & Development:

    • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.
    • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance employee skills.
  6. Compliance & Legal:

    • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations.
    • Manage employee records and maintain confidentiality.
  7. Compensation & Benefits:

    • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and employee compensation.
    • Ensure competitive compensation packages are offered to attract and retain talent.
  8. Team Management:

    • Lead and manage the HR team, providing direction, guidance, and support.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and personal growth.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with experience in handling a team.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
