Qualifications
• Minimum Graduate in any Stream
• Previous experience in customer service preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in computer systems and applications.
• Customer-focused attitude and a desire to help others.
