HR Recruiter - Mumbai
Job Description:
Role will consist of 70% recruitment (Bulk/ Mid and Senior level). The incumbent would also be responsible for interview coordination and managing the Experience of the candidates.
The remaining 30% would involve operational aspects of HR; including, but not limited to Employee onboarding, end to end Employee life-cycle management, Exit formalities management and other life-cycle aspects like leave management, payroll support, etc.
Work timings: 6 days a week (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM)
Location: Mulund
Reporting: Direct reporting to the partners.
