Team Leader- Telecalling
Job Description:
With a rapidly growing business, we are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Leader to manage our Tele-calling team. The incumbent will be responsible for leading a team of 8-10 telecallers, who handle daily inbound and outbound calls for digital marketing leads and customer service. The role involves monitoring the performance of the telecallers, providing necessary training and guidance, and ensuring that the team meets its sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Management:- Lead and manage a team of telecallers, including four focused on digital marketing leads and one customer service representative. Monitor daily performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance the effectiveness of the team. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss targets, challenges, and progress.
- Training and Development:- Identify training needs and conduct training sessions to improve the team's sales and customer service skills. Develop and implement training materials and resources.
- Sales and Follow-up:- Oversee the lead pipeline, ensuring telecallers are effectively following up on all leads. Assist telecallers in handling difficult calls and resolving customer issues. Track daily call reports and sales metrics, ensuring the team meets its targets.- Personally handle high-priority leads and close deals when necessary.
- Performance Monitoring:- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the telecalling team. Monitor call quality, customer interactions, and adherence to scripts. Generate and analyse reports to track the progress of each team member.
- Guidance and Support:- Provide ongoing support to the team in areas where they are struggling, offering solutions and guidance. Ensure that all team members understand the products and services being offered. Keep the team motivated and focused on achieving their goals.
- Coordination with Other Departments:- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies. Work closely with HR to manage staffing, performance reviews, and other personnel issues.
Required Skills:
- Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in telecalling, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
