Job Description:
- Office Timing - 10.30 am to 7.30 pm
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
- Payment follow-up with clients
- Manage and analyze customer data to identify trends and insights.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Oversee customer feedback and resolve issues to improve satisfaction.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align CRM efforts with business goals.
- Track and report on CRM metrics and campaign performance.
- Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and behaviors.
- Should be confident to talk to Senior Management/Purchase/Store team of Medium/large organization
- Smart, Confident & Willing to take care of PAN India Lead generation, Tele calling and Business Development process
