Job Description:
Key responsibilities:
- Outbound sales calls: Making calls to leads, answering any product related or other questions and driving conversion
- Inbound calls: Handling incoming customer queries
- Follow-ups: Building relationship with customers and making regular follow-ups to close sales
General requirements:
- Good communication skills – both English and Hindi
- Ability to make interesting conversation
- High aptitude as well as EQ
- Prior experience in sales/customer support is not compulsory but good to have
- Preferably graduates
Personal attributes:
- Confident and self-motivated
- Ownership and output oriented mind-set
- Action oriented and output driven
Shopify platform is a plus but not important. The ideal candidate will help with various projects including website updates, executing email campaigns, order and customer management and social media management, etc. He/ she should be articulate, a fast learner and motivated to learn and work hard. Depending on performance, The position will be based in our new Pune office in Koregaon Park.
