Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Senior Patient Care Associate (Sr. PCA) to join our team. This role focuses more on marketing-related activities on-site and has a reduced emphasis on operations. The ideal candidate will excel in patient interaction and support while also engaging in marketing tasks to promote our services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Interaction:

   • Provide high-quality care and support to patients on-site.
   • Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
   • Assist with patient assessments and follow-up care as needed.

2. Marketing and Promotion:

   • Promote our services and facilities to potential clients and partners.
   • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase patient engagement.
   • Represent the organization at community events and health fairs.

3. Administrative Duties:

   • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
   • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth patient care processes.
   • Assist in managing patient appointments and follow-up schedules.

4. Collaboration:

   • Work closely with the healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
   • Collaborate with the marketing team to align patient care activities with promotional efforts.

5. Compliance:

   • Ensure adherence to all healthcare regulations and standards.
   • Participate in training and development programs to stay updated with industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in patient care and marketing roles preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
