Job Title: Senior Patient Care Associate ( Hospital Sales and Marketing Manager )

The Marketing Manager role specializing in Medical Tourism with coordination with consulates involves developing strategies to attract international patients and managing relationships with consulates and embassies to streamline the medical tourism process. Below are the key roles and responsibilities:

 


Key Roles:

  1. Strategic Marketing for Medical Tourism:

    • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote the hospital's medical tourism services globally.
    • Identify target markets based on demand for specific treatments (e.g., cosmetic surgery, cardiac care, fertility treatments).
    • Utilize digital marketing strategies, such as SEO, social media, and email campaigns, to reach international patients.
  2. Coordination with Consulates and Embassies:

    • Establish and maintain relationships with consulates and embassies to assist international patients with visa approvals and other travel formalities.
    • Partner with diplomatic missions to promote the hospital's services through consulate-hosted events or healthcare expos.
    • Serve as a point of contact for consulates to address patient queries and concerns.
  3. Patient Acquisition and Engagement:

    • Identify and connect with medical tourism facilitators, travel agencies, and insurance providers.
    • Create personalized treatment packages, including cost estimates, travel arrangements, and post-treatment follow-ups.
    • Organize webinars or info sessions for potential international patients.
  4. Brand Development and Reputation Management:

    • Collaborate with international accrediting bodies to highlight certifications like JCI (Joint Commission International) to build trust.
    • Leverage patient testimonials and success stories to enhance the hospital's reputation globally.
    • Ensure culturally sensitive services to accommodate diverse patient needs.
  5. Coordination Across Teams:

    • Work closely with the hospital's clinical teams, administrative staff, and international patient coordinators to ensure a seamless experience.
    • Collaborate with finance departments for cost transparency and billing.
  6. Event Planning and Networking:

    • Represent the hospital at international healthcare expos, medical conferences, and consulate events.
    • Organize medical camps and promotional activities in target countries.
  7. Data Management and Reporting:

    • Analyze patient trends, market demands, and ROI from marketing campaigns.
    • Maintain records of international patient inflow, consulate collaboration efforts, and feedback for continuous improvement.
