Job Description:
Brief Pointers:
- Expertise in identifying and setting up of Pan India branches including infrastructure.
- In-depth knowledge of market benchmarks, contracts/SLA’s, invoicing, and negotiation terms
- Knowledge of office interior projects, rate and contractual terms is a must. Industry savvy
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD & Microsoft office
- Vendor Management , Budget and MIS
Qualification :
- Min 5+ Years professional experience in design, project execution PAN India
- B. Arch Degree from a reputed university
- Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
- Certifications on design/ IGBC-AP/ PMP will be added advantage.
