Job Description:

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Channel Management:
    • A Business Development Manager specializing in marketing, business strategy, sales management, and account management. A strong history of building strategic partnerships and identifying opportunities to maximize value for clients and stakeholders. Possess extensive experience in managing Key Customers in Bihar and Jharkhand.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with Customers, ensuring a productive and collaborative working environment.
  • Sales Objectives:
    • Set and achieve sales targets by forecasting and developing annual sales projections for the states.
    • Regularly review and adjust personal  targets on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Market Analysis:
    • Conduct thorough market trend analysis, identify growth opportunities, and map potential markets.
    • Monitor competitor activities and measure results to inform strategy.
  • Data Analysis:
    • Utilize software tools to analyze data related to leads, enquiries, quotes, order wins/losses, and invoicing, segmented by various parameters.
  • Support & Development:
    • Provide necessary support to the team and dealers for lead generation and closing new deals.
    • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key demographics.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and maintain MIS and sales reports.
