Job Description:

The Relationship Manager (RM) for Mid Corporate Banking will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients. This role requires a dynamic professional who can understand client needs, provide financial solutions, and deliver excellent service to foster long-term relationships. The RM will be instrumental in driving business growth and profitability through effective client relationship management and collaboration with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized corporate clients.

- Understand clients' business needs, industry dynamics, and financial requirements to provide tailored banking solutions.

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their banking needs and resolving any issues promptly.

Business Development:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the mid corporate segment to expand the client base.

- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to develop and implement strategies for new client acquisition and retention.

- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape.
