Job Description:

Job Title: Senior Architect
Location: Grand Road
Work Timings: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week (1st and 3rd Saturdays off)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Leverage expertise in hospitality furniture and technology, custom furniture and lighting solutions, finishes, materials, color selections, and ID specifications.
2. Independently or with minimal supervision, produce furniture plans, specifications, material selections, and schedules required for construction documentation.
3. Participate in the selection and specification of furniture systems and other products.
4. Specify equipment, materials, and supplies essential for project completion.
5. Prepare and present material selections to executive management for both internal and external events.
6. Manage the interior design process for entire projects, ensuring alignment with the project's program, budget, and timeline.
7. Perform professional architectural design and project management, overseeing construction projects from inception to completion.
8. Coordinate project teams, managing progress in architectural design and construction drawings, interior design drawings, specifications, schedules, cost estimates, and project reports.
9. Develop detailed technical specifications for construction projects.
10. Oversee the execution of site work from start to finish.
