Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated HR Recruiter to join our team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates; arranging interviews; negotiating salary package to onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, job portals, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct preliminary screening to filter candidates within schedule.
- Coordinate and conduct interviews, as well as communicate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and necessary training.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively.
- Strong decision-making skills.
- Capability to deal with senior management.
- Committed and high on integrity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Work with a sense of urgency and ability to produce results with minimal instructions.
- Proficiency in MS Office
