Job Summary:

The Marketing Head will lead and oversee the company's marketing strategy and initiatives to drive brand awareness, growth, and market positioning. This role is crucial for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s objectives and ensure effective promotion of products and services.

 

Role Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, market research, and target audience identification.

Campaign Management: Design, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximizing ROI.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team, fostering a collaborative environment and promoting professional development.

Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, allocating resources effectively to optimize campaign performance and achieve financial objectives.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities for growth.

Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and identity across all marketing channels and materials.

Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email marketing, to enhance online presence and engagement.

Customer Insights: Analyze customer data and feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve customer experience.

Partnerships & Networking: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and industry influencers to enhance brand visibility and collaboration opportunities.

Reporting & Analytics: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives through performance metrics and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed.

 

Role Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree and/or Master’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
  2. Proven track record with 7-10 years of marketing experience in stock broking domain.
  3. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  4. Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  5. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
  8. In-depth understanding of marketing principles, consumer behavior, and market research.
  9. Creative and innovative mindset with a passion for marketing and brand development.
  10. Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
  11. Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
