Job Description:
  1. Customer interaction management: Managing customer interactions and ensuring a high standard of service
  2. Issue resolution: Resolving customer issues by liaising with other departments 
  3. Customer feedback collection: Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to improve the customer experience 
  4. Maintaining customer records: Keeping accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions 
  5. Team leadership: Overseeing a customer service team, training them, and motivating them to achieve set goals 
  6. Problem-solving: Identifying the core of problems and issues and providing the best solutions
  7. Candidates should have good communication skills 
  8. Customer handling and problem solving.
  9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  10. Ability to manage multiple tasks
